Mr. Taiyab Ejaz is a civil engineer with extensive knowledge of civil engineering and construction. His construction experience brings a practical understanding of project planning, site coordination, technical requirements and quality standards to his role as Director. His engineering perspective supports informed decisions on construction activities, with a focus on clear coordination, efficient execution and sound engineering practices.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Miss. Mitali Shinde brings experience in human resources, client relationship management and operations to her role as Human Resource Consultant at World Personnel Power & Services Lda. She coordinates recruitment, candidate screening and employee onboarding, maintains personnel records, and supports day-to-day HR operations. Working closely with clients and internal teams, she helps connect the right people with workforce needs and promotes clear, responsive employee communication. Her previous roles at ADP and Allstate strengthened her expertise in payroll and HR services, process coordination, training and client support. Mitali holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and is committed to creating an organised, supportive experience for both employees and clients.
